Once your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. It is important to provide a correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you save this email in case of any future contact with customer service.
In the event that the object is not damaged, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 (thirty) days of delivery of the product (s), without having to attach any specific reason. If you exercise this right, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In case of delivery of a defective product, the customer must inform us by e-mail within 14 days of delivery and must wait for Harry Williams.it's invitation to send the product by courier. In this case, a return product confirmation will be sent to the buyer. In the event that Harry Williams.it sends a defective product, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the company. The product can be returned or replaced, depending on the return procedure.
Delivery is expected within 3-4 working days from the date of the order. However, this time frame is not guaranteed by Harry Williams. Please contact us in case your order is late.

Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express): the customer must enter the credit card number, expiration date, and security code on the Paypal website. The data will be managed directly by Paypal and no data will be passed to Harry Williams.
We will only receive confirmation of receipt of the sum by the customer and proceed with the order fulfillment
The warranty period is 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch (movement, case, crystal).
In cases other than those mentioned above or when the product is misused. Below is a detailed list of the correct use of Harry Williams products.
INFORMATION FOR CORRECT USE OF THE PRODUCT.
- Protect the product from knocks or impacts.
- Avoid any electric field or intense magnetic field (such as proximity to phones, cell phones, speakers, etc.) as they can damage the mechanical parts of the watch.
- Keep away from water, seawater or sweat to prevent the leather strap from wearing out or deforming.
- Use the watch according to its functions and apply the right pressure.
- Do not use the crown or other buttons on the watch or open the top of the watch when you are in the water.
- When using the watch, the crown and the upper part must be in the initial position or must be completely pressed. In the case of watches equipped with a screw-in upper part, the latter must be screwed on correctly. Do not use the top or crown when the watch is wet or with wet hands.
- Always set the clock according to the user manual.
- Use a soft cloth to remove any stains caused by use on the outside of the watch.
- Parts such as the case, strap, glass, crown, etc. subject to scratches, damage or breakages due to use of the product, are not covered by the warranty.
- Avoid using alcohol and chemicals contained in perfumes or cosmetics as they can cause damage to the case, strap, bezel and other parts of the watch.
